The PA charity ball is back, It’s time to save the date.

Down the rabbit hole we’ll fall
To Wonderland we’ll go.
For frivolity, fun and frolics,
Dinner, drinks, dancing and a show.

Bring loved ones, friends and family
(But no children please, my dear),
The more the merrier to join us
After all, “We’re all mad here!”.

Tickets are going on sale on Friday 18th October!

Payment can be made via cash, BACS transfers and PayPal payments.

Our standard tickets include:

Welcome drink & canapes
Three Course Dinner
½ Bottle of Wine
Music & Entertainment

£95.00 per person

Our VIP tickets additionally include:

Early arrival with a welcome cocktail & complimentary arrival photo
Table Service for drinks during the meal
VIP Bar Area & Upgraded table wine

You can reserve whole tables of 8 or 10 if you would like to book as a group, or buy a couple of tickets at a time.

If you are buying tickets individually but plan to sit with friends, please add their names in the notes section.

However, please don’t worry if you are coming in a smaller group, we will arrange to put you on a friendly mixed table.

Dress Code

The dress code for the evening is Cocktail Wear –  dinner jackets for the gentleman and Cocktail Dresses for ladies. Black Tie is optional.

Most important to us though, is that we want everyone to feel comfortable and have fun! So all we ask is that you dress smartly for the occasion.

For those who want to get into the fun of the Alice in Wonderland Theme, please feel free to add a touch of playfulness to your outfits in your accessories. A tweedledee style bowtie, a Queen of Hearts tiara, a playing cards pocket square or a flamingo feather fascinator.

You can be as understated or creative as you like following the theme—it’s up to you!

Food & Drinks

Deliciously crafted dishes to savor while enjoying an evening filled with fun and entertainment.

STARTER

Choice of:

Chicken Liver and Brandy Parfait with Red Onion Confit
OR
Lemon Prawn and Watercress Salad

VEGAN option: Miso Cauliflower and Mushroom dumplings with ginger and Scallion.

MAIN COURSE

Chicken and Pancetta pie in creamy sauce and crisp pastry with market vegetables and choice of potatoes

VEGAN option: Shepherdess Pie with Lentils, root vegetables, onion and tomatoes topped with sweet potato mash.

 

DESSERT

Choice of:

Seasonal Fruit Crumble, served with vanilla custard

OR

Chocolate Brownie served with Oreo crumble ice cream.

VEGAN option: Crispy puff pastry apple strudel with vegan ice cream

Travel & Transport

For those arriving by car, it is free to park in the Fennes and leave your car there overnight.

They kindly ask that we aim to have the car park cleared by 11am the next day.

We have teamed up with a local taxi company to try and help get everyone home safely, details of which will be added here shortly.

Bridal Suite Raffle

The draw will take place on Friday 7th March when our lucky
winners will be notified.

Fundraising & Our Charity Partner

On the night we will hold a range of fundraising events including a raffle and live auction. The proceeds from all funds on the night will be split between the St. Margaret’s Parents Association and our charity partner for this year: Kids Inspire.

If you have an auction or raffle prize you would be willing to donate, please contact us. Donations can be left at the school office or  left with a member of the PA team.
